remember to clean your camera lens with a clean piece of cloth before taking any photos and videos to remove any smudges on the lens.
turn your phone sideways to take pictures in landscape mode as this orientation is pleasant to view than portrait mode (holding your phone in a vertical orientation) and you can always fit more without stepping back.
switch your camera flash from "Auto" to "On". Because unless you're outside in a sunny weather day, you'll need all the light you can get.
center your subject (the object or person you're taking a picture of) in the middle of your camera frame. Leave the same amount of space on both sides and half of that on the top. The bottom part is subjective and completely your call.
when you're ready to upload, double check which pictures and videos you select before you submit them. But don't worry, we'll delete any embarrassing ones if you send them by mistake.
and don't forget, always have fun while respecting people's wishes if they're too shy to be in front of a camera.
